About flow lab
Train with Intention.
Play with
Flow.
Flow Lab was created with the intention to complement the work already being done in high school and club field hockey programs. Our goal is not to replace team training, but to support it by helping athletes fill in the gaps through focused, high-level instruction.
We work with athletes to develop their training habits, technical skills, and tactical awareness through personalized support that meets them where they are. Drawing on the experience of international level playing and coaching, Flow Lab offers thoughtful, detail-driven guidance rooted in real game understanding.
Whether an athlete is looking to sharpen specific skills, gain confidence in decision-making, or better understand the game, we’re here to help them grow, progress, and thrive in their athletic journey.
